At Glamrush, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently across Pakistan. Please review our shipping policy below:

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently only ship within Pakistan.

2. Shipping Timeframe

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days after dispatch.

Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier service issues.

3. Shipping Charges

A flat shipping fee of PKR 250 applies to all orders, regardless of location within Pakistan.

4. Order Processing & Handling

All orders undergo quality checks before dispatch.

You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been shipped.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Only

We currently only offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as the payment method.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, you must provide proof for a refund or exchange.

Proof Requirement: Customers must record a video while unboxing the package to claim a refund or return for damaged products. Without video evidence, refund or replacement requests cannot be processed.

We have a 7-days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To
be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that
you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original
packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You'll
have to record a video of opening the parcel when received for proof of
damaged items.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as
well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent
back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order
upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective,
damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the
issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what
you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is
accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received
and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved
or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original
payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some
time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the
refund too.
